Is BridgePoint 4.2 still available to download? I intend to go to 5.1 soon but I still have a need for 4.2 for the purpose of demonstrating to someone else exactly what I did previously in this version but we need to install it on another machine.

Yes. You can get it on the Download page under the “Release Builds” section.
