CometChat has been up for about a week now. We are tracking things we don’t like about it and problems in the issue tracking system using #7704 as a parent issue. https://support.onefact.net/redmine/issues/7704

Looking at the above issue allows you to see all “subtasks” (children of this parent). Please raise new issues as you see problems. I have now closed issue 710, described earlier in this thread. If we choose to abandon cometchat we will pick a suitable replacement, so regardless the communication is open now. I have been very happy to see many jump in already, and we didn’t even announce the feature yet :).
