ParticipantOne of the things that might need to be stated or clarified by OOA ’20 is the roles of the various components of an xtUML toolset. I have given this some thought (https://notabug.org/lwriemen/smexuml-tk), but there hasn’t been much discussion that I can remember.
Now that we’re down to one xtUML toolset (BridgePoint), we should be able to have a nice open conversation on what the necessary domains are to compose an xtUML toolset.
The metamodel in my mind should be the arbiter of whether a domain model is correct. The other domains I have imagined are Architecture (model compiler), model editor, and model verifier.
Feel free to weigh in on this.
